I've had these holiday tags on my mind for a while now. First I bought these adorable brads from
aimoobaroo. I knew right away that I wanted to make some tags that swivel open.
Then I decided to make them into the shape of a mitten. Simple, sweet and totally recognizable. Once they were done, I felt they needed a little bit more. I wanted to add a loop of yarn, and then I uncovered this festive ricrac.
They came together so nicely. I still felt as though they needed a little something extra, so I added the button and snowflake.
Now I think they're perfect. And cute enough to hang on the tree after the gift-giving is done!
